Description
The University of Vilnius, one of the oldest and most famous establishments of higher education in Eastern and Central Europe, was founded in 1579.
It is the largest university in Lithuania with the student body of over 25 014 and academic staff of over 1193. Student Life
Students live and learn in eight Colleges on the main University campus. Colleges provide housing (mostly single study bedrooms some with private bathrooms) and associated facilities for sining, recreation and leisure.
