Capricornia College provides accommodation for 350 male and female students of the University in 12 gender-integrated residential houses.
Each student has their own study/bedroom supplied with desk, chair, built-in wardrobe, fan, bookcase and curtains. All rooms are fully carpeted and fly screened.
The study/bedrooms are also equipped with private and individual telephones with local, interstate and overseas access as well as voice mail facilities.
Residents' individual study/bedrooms are cleaned by the College housekeeping staff each week, whilst the communal bathrooms are cleaned on a daily basis.
